Aw. The triumph of the ages over technology and industrial sprawl. The blight of the processing center, the heap of metal and rust reverted to strange, arcane ruins beneath an ageless sky, dotted with stars. Stars so old and so much more powerful than gas or the turbines that ran it.

In addition to what this peice said to me, this is a superb composition. The colors are gorgeous and tight. Very deliberated, but not too unreal to look too contrived. I was just noticing how late at night factories and the like are bathed in harsh orange light against a purpling night sky. Very familiar and effective. The view is great too. Pushing the building into the monumental but still imcomprable to the canopy of the sky.

I love.
You rock.

I really like this, the imposing nature is cool and I like the burnt colours and the way it's framed.

Where is this exactly? There is a gas works thing on Bainbridge by the entrance to Eagle Harbor...I wonder if this was that
