Here is a screenshot of Golden Underwear on top of inside Squidward's House in Bikini Bottom.Golden Underwear is a heath upgrade in this game. There are three in the game, and all of them are in Bikini Bottom. Each Golden Underwear adds one more of SpongeBob's Underwear. In this case SpongeBob can wear four pair of Underwear instead of three.
