Description
Hawke and his companions made their made their way to The Gallows Courtyard and talk with Solivitus the Formari Herbalist and potion merchant. He doesn't have any unique potions right now, but Hawke is interested, he can use some help to "remedy that." Hawke then pointed out the pun he just made. Solivitus said "The pun wasn't intentional, although I may use that next time."

In Act 1 he wants Spider's Silk Gland from the venomous spider in the Abandoned Ruins as part of the Magistrate's Orders quest. (So, get this quest before doing that one.)

Then Pure Ironbark first you must talk to Master Ilen in the Dalish camp on Sundermount. He will mark a new area and you must defeat all the Darkspawn.

And finally, Dragon's Fang looted from the mature dragon as part of The Bone Pit quest.

NOTE: To avoid possible bugs, it's best to return to Solivitus each time you've obtained one of the items, before going to collect the next one.

The Formari are one of the groups of the Fraternities of Enchanters in Circle of Magi. They focus on using their talents to create various items, most notably enchantments. Some Formari also create and sell herbal items such as potions. The Tranquil belong to this group and do all of the enchanting on behalf of the Circle.
