In case you were wondering what game I've been addicted to lately... yeah.I spent a LOT of time pencilling a Bulletproof page featuring an establishing shot of three levels of a shopping mall today, so obviously I had to draw something else to un-screw my brain afterwards. One of the unlockables in Killzone 2 is a "fansite kit" that has, among other things, a complete set of pictures of all the characters and weapons in the game, so I had plenty of reference for this. And I'm kind of particular about the Helghast SMG because it's my favorite gun in the game.
It occurred to me at the very end that I should've put a knife in that fist because one of the coolest things about the shock troopers is the way they'll just rush you and slice you up the first chance they get. Oh well.
No idea if I'm going to ink and color this. It doesn't quite seem right to leave it without glowing eyes, but it also feels like... like one of these completely polished pencil drawings that I never get around to inking. I have a bunch of those. Heh.
