Description
The members of Space-Artists proudly present the The Edge of the Universe"This is the second dev-pack by the Space-Artists and it has turned out to be
somewhat of a new experiance in creating artwork to a challenging and
interesting theme.
Also, to go with the unusual theme we decided to present it in an unusual way.
As you have no doubt noticed this second pack is done in flash.
This is an experiment and we would like to hear what you think of it. So if you
like give us feedback in your comments.
The technical execution may not be perfect due to the fact that I (Baro) have almost
never used flash before and had to learn a lot to get what you see on the screen,
but I think it serves its purpose. In addition to the normal clippings displayed
you can now view every submission seperately and whole (in a scaled down
resolution)
.The file should take about 1 minute to load so by the time you have read this
it should almost be ready
.For everybody who doesn't want to wait as long as that or hates flash there is also
a JPEG VERSION of "The Edge of the Universe" in our Scraps. You can get to it with this [link]
Links to the uploaded (and full resolution) submissions will be provided here as

Thank you so much for this amazing work! The Universe is so Inspiring to me that it actually gives me a lot of butterflies. The Universe lets me think of all the possibilities that are out there. I can't begin to describe how much it Inspires me. I love it, even if it's just fan art and not the real Universe, I've seen pictures of the real Universe and it's close to the fan art, so thank you!

I think that the flash was a very good idea. I've seem a fair amount of other art packs on deviantART and it always bothers me that you get this little 100px strip as a preview. They never do the pictures justice. I don't mind the load time, as it is worth it (although 56K-ers may not agree with me). Anyway, excellent pack! congrats to all the artist, fantastic job!

Yea well it was pretty okay, for the ideas I first had on it it's a total disaster lol but as I went along and turned into more or less just a colour work I'm actually pleased when it all comes around still

the flash version is definitly an improvement. Before i had to check the deviation and the author. This way I browse what i want and chose to see the ones i like most.
