Thanks to µB for the How-to: "To create one yourself you need a hex editor. Save a white bmp with the desired colour depth and size somewhere. I did mine in Paint, but I guess there should be programs on 'nix or mac that can do that, too. Find a file aproximately the same filesize as the blank bmp. Open it with the hex editor, select and copy everything into clipboard. Then open the blank bmp with the hex editor, and look where the big FF FF FF FF block starts. Paste your stuff there. Save.
