Not often i do flower photography, but my mom mentioned a flower next to the stairs she thought i would like.It was blue and had a layer of dust on it, so i grabbed my macro lens and tried different views.
It was branches above it, so i moved them to cover for the sun, just letting a tiny ray of light hit the flower.
Made it black and white with Lightroom and tone work in photoshop. The Grain is added.
Some light above the flower may look like sensordust, but it is the sun that reflected in the lens. I don't have a lenshood.

Ooh, nice "colour" shade - it almost looks like there is colour even though it's black & white, because the flower is so close and vibrant.

There is actually 3 layers of colors, but with very low opacity.
