Well, the series has been over for several years now, so I'm not surprised if you aren't seeing too many new fanarts for it.

Have you checked out the Leviathan groups? There's lots of great stuff there. Also, Dalek Week! I myself have drawn upwards of 30 things just for that.

Alternatively, since the series is complete, you can binge read all you want without having to wait for the next book lol

Sounds good. The largest group is Leviathaneers and Dalek Week is hosted at Alek-and-Deryn . If you don't have time to go through all those now, I highly recommend these two classic deviations xDD

I have read Leviathan! I don't remember if you knew that or not.. I mostly know you through PJO and some AF, right? It always surprises me when I discover that ppl I know from one fandom also are involved in another. It's great though! Woohoo! Another fan!
