This is reminding me strangely of Pink Floyd's The Wall, and the animation used in the movie. Granted, I just finished watching it, so that's probably it.
Beautiful, either way. You have a very interesting technique with the shading. I rather like it.

Fantastic movie! Powerful images. I was blown away when i saw it many years ago.
As for the drawing, i wanted to remember my teen years when i sketched all the time
with my black bic pen. For the shading i used the classic cross lining and
during the procedure i decided to use finger rubbing, which helped connect
the lines in the background. Thank you for honoring me with your comment!

I decided to use cross shading and finger rubbing. I always let the surface and the painting or drawing tools, together with the vibe of the moment guide me towards the outcome. Thank you for your comment.
