Description
Mandalas are fairly simple to draw. Most art programs, such as Sketchbook, have a feature than can create any number of matching sections. I like the 10 section the best for Mandalas. I draw out my line art in just one section (the rest fills in at the same time), then shift it to white and reduce the opacity to 35% and create a black filled layer below it. Then, on the black layer, I trace my lines with the basic eraser to reveal the white below. Once I delete the line art layer, I can then add a layer behind the black and play around with colors. I prefer to use the airbrush to add in rings of color.
