Reasoning: Raikou's body, head piece, etc with Vaporeon's head, neck and tail fins. Manticore brings in dragon like elements like whiskers, horns on the head and jaw line, scale plates on the legs, and general scales throughout the body. The normal type element makes their color theme and patterns that of a golden tiger, with extra of Raikou's markings to represent as much. Along side the idea that Raikou is loosely based off a saber toothed tiger, the normal type of manticore brings that out more prominently. Polyculi adds the extra eyes thoughout the body- when closed, they almost look like scales themselves.
