.Were the prompts well written and easy to understand? How could the writer possibly improve their next prompt?

I had some hard time visualising the idea, but that might've just been me, since I don't do a lot of human design and I didn't quite catch what you meant with "green witch" and small town type/modern clothing, but fantasy aesthetic.
So I personally would have loved some reference pictures of the things you were generally looking for. Otherwise, I don't think I had problems.

.How did you interpret the design? Which features did you use? Did you stick to the palette/prompt or did you make changes? Does the design have any special abilities/quirks?

I started pretty late on the design. First I thought you wanted a literal green witch, such as in fairy tales, which wasted some time on my part. Upon rereading the prompt and some quick googling I think I understood what you actually meant but... due to lack of reference I wasn't really sure how to aproach it.
So the first outfit (right) is still more witch than modern, but I tried to mix it. In some way. The left chibi on the other hand went the more modern route. Tried to keep it simple, mostly for my own sanity admittedly.
Usually I add small notes and trivia on the design page. I simply couldn't think of anything. :')
