Description
Another shot of the Stone Jetty in Pelline (an islet outside Porvoo in Finland). I took a little different approach to this one and added a deep emerald photo dilter to it, to achieve more mood.Hope you like it. Comments and critiques are welcomed.

I like the color play. The bright colors on the stones grab the attention rather than letting the eye wander around looking for the focus of the photo. It has a whimsical feel to it, as if something were about to spring out. Or, as if an unimaginable downpour were about to occur. I think this came out rather well.

Indeed some nice contrasts working here; color vs grey, light vs dark, relatively well-defined objects vs. a...er...nebulous form we'll call it (clouds) 
Also, it directs the attention diagonally and horizontal.
There are some interesting details to pick out the more you look which is always a nice feature of any image. Give people something up front to draw them in and then "hide" some things for them to find as they look "closely".

the depth and richness of the subtle colors is wonderful.
i like the position of the rocks and water just as they are, but would have straightened out the horizon, since bodies of water always appear perfectly straight

The water on the left really look like clouds, the stones give it a great mood as does the sky. I feel like you could have shot the photo a little more to the left, so that there would be less "water" on the right, as that , due to the still water, is a little less interesting. Great shot nonetheless!
