Description Here's a rather old photo of mine. It's taken last winter at the Porvoo river in Finland. I added the blue tint, vignetting and frame in PS.

Hope you like it. Comments and critiques are welcomed.

In PS (with only one layer) press Ctrl + b.. and then increase on the "Blue" slider.
