Description
This is a neon redraw of Ken Sugimoris artwork of Umbreon. These pokemon evolved, when they were exposed to moon waves. The rings on their body glow at nightfall and scare everyone around them. well I will admit I DID get a bit jealous when he was first to evolve but by my desire to stay a vulpix I bet you can tell I got over that pretty quik though

XD normaly growlith...now arcanine would get in between these things but as he's a boy and Espions a girl and espion is together wit umbreon it might be better if I went Espion dosn't take sides but if arcanine went umbreon might get defensive
