this is really good. i'm not really good at drawing realistic humans, but i would try to put a little more contrast in the hair, as far as i know, with fur it makes it look more lively. Not sure if this also applies to humans though. But still really amazing work

This is good, you have done very well with the proportions. Perhaps you could have made more of the contrast in the original photo by shading the dark areas darker? Tis a great sketch though
