Oh look, I finally finished something. Whadd'ya know.

I actually had a lot of fun with this! Tried to go for a more painterly look to it, and achieve some loose realism. What do you think? I plan to develop it more (I have another WIP in the workings) so hopefully I'll get better at it and get more of a definite style built up or something. This is a present for a friend of mine, though it's late now because I'm a horrible person and a slow painter and I procrastinate like nobody's business; but I digress.

I gotta say, Bodemeister is an adorable horse to paint. AND FACE SCRUFFIES. I love his whiskers. Amg.

I had a lot of fun working on this one, and I can only hope to improve with this method. I've always liked the idea of painting in colors instead of gray scale first
