Back in 2013 when I was on the Disney wiki looking through upcoming characters, for the movie Frozen 4 months before it was released, I thought Kristoff was a chubby character because of his cheeks and hair

I just saw the movie today, it was amazing! 
But it was something that bothered me...
I've read that the movie is supposed to be based in Denmark, but as a fellow Scandinavian, it more looks like Norway :/ Both by the clothes and landscapes. And come on, Reindeers, in DENMARK?! I would think that the movie is based in the north of Norway
Anyone who knows exactly where it's supposed to be based?
