Description
This tutorial is a bit technical, but if you've ever wanted to know how I doll sparkle, here's my method! In fact, this is probably a good technique for any sort of digital art, not just dolling.

It was written for the GIMP, but there's also a Photoshop version!
If you have some other program suitable for tooling, you can probably follow along and use the same technique as one of these two, but some of the tools and filters might have different names and settings.
