The Caracal is indeed a great cat. However, would you want that for an ideal pet? Mine are a mongoose and a Timber Wolf.

Caracals CAN be trained (mostly to catch birds and bring them to you) so that would be cool, but it would be cool to have a Timber Wolf (which is my favorite canine).
