I don't know if ~XueLian already told you this, but two years ago she and I wrote this epic multi-fandom story that included multiple Mulan references. Edward happens to be one of the main characters, and yes, he does end up dressing as a woman to sneak into the palace. Complete with fruit stuffed down his top!
