I was playing around with the senshi dress up game and I was bored and came up with this. I hope you like it.

Name: Sailor Despair
Civilian name: Akumi (meaning: "evil" "beauty of the night" )
Age: Unknown, but possibly around Chaos' age.
Hair: Dirty blonde and black (black with white streak in civilian form)
Eyes: Gold (purple with a hint of green in her civilian form)
Notable features: Scars on her eye and body (unusual green and purple eyes in civilian form)
Likes: Destruction and despair
Dislikes: Failing
Powers: Despair and Destruction
weapon: very sharp fingernails and youkai cards

Defense: create a barrier against any physical attack.
Attack: 1: a youkai from one of her cards
Attack2: a black and white orb of energy in her hand, then throws it in front of her.
Attack 3: A barrier of darkness surrounds her and her targets, taking them the underworld eternal darkness and despair.
History: Unknown

A/N: I'm not sure If she'll be added to Imperium since the comic is almost finished. I might have her as a quick appearance.
