This is pretty impressive. They really are identical, and it's very cool that you've captured them as mirror images. Very cool!

I am not quite certain about the intended effect, but I suspect that that is intentional. The expressions of the characters are mysterious and ominous, though not necessarily malicious. Granted, the eyes make me think they are trying to hypnotize me, and the way one of the twins leans against the other makes it seem like they are plotting against me. In other words: I am not certain about what they have in mind, but I suspect I won't like it.
Either way, I really like this piece. I think you've picked a very appealing color palette. Not just because purple is my favorite color, but also because it adds to the mystery; purple is a pretty mysterious color after all; you don't really know what to think of it when you see it. The same things goes with these twins; you don't know what to think of them.
The linework is clean and neat, and I especially like the shading; it gives it an old comic book-vibe, but in a more modern form; it's the kind of style you would find in an indie comic book that tries to blend new aesthetics with the old superhero aesthetic. It's a cool mixture, to say the least.
So, all in all, it's a very well made picture. Not much to critique, since this picture does many things right. Keep up the good work!
