Regardless of what else is done with the legacy of speed force, it just seems to be the truth that no version of the Flash will ever be in the same level as Jay Peter Garrick from the golden age. Wally West has great potential until Didio went out of his way to destroy the character. And Barry Allen has always been waste of material in the long run. Jay on the other hand discovered the Speed Force and fails to lose momentum in his older age. The Justice Society legend who is more than Justice League worthy!
