I wonder if it holds Rare Candy in the wild.
Also, that's pretty darn fast for a stage 1 evolution. I think Omnom might be the fastest Pokemon that belongs to a 3-stage evolutionary line.
The only other ones that are as fast as, or faster than it, are Voltorb and Sneasel.

This really shows the improvement in your style. The fact, that it's more an art update rather than a new design makes it perfect for comparison. The details are a lot better and the shading adds a lot to it. Oh, I just noticed it is even smaller than Joltik and Flabébé.
