I am glad you like the scenery. We can see two cities from up here, both Maryville and Alcoa. The range is about 31 miles to the horizon.

Beautiful Ricardo. Β After seeing how neat and tidy your veggie and flower beds looked I have to go out now and pull weeds.

Many thanks, Jeanie. :hguggle:
Pulling weeds is a daily task for me, since I get them right when they appear. Since there is black mulch around the crops, weeds are easily spotted and removed, if they grow at all. The mulch does a bang up job at keeping them gone for the most part. Blow ins happen after storms, though, so weeds are seen here and there from time to time. I simply go around and pluck them put. It just takes a few minutes since my garden is very small.

I try to keep up but I have a problem area right beside my driveway near the road. Β I plantedΒ pachysandra last year so it hasn't filled in yet. Β

Give it time. Plants are slow. Make sure the dirt is soft...

Ah there's the sun! We have a very grey and not so warm mother's day in Switzerland. At least it's not raining.

It needs to rain here. Things are dry and I am having to use the hose...

Do the stars show up well from that hill at night? Looks like a great spot to set up a tripod.

Only in winter. Lots of light pollution from the city below...
