Toshanko [link] is my very first villain in the MMO City of Villains. I intended her from the start to be Toshanto's scary little sister, and wanted her outfits to evince some of the same lack of fashion sense, though not nearly to the same degree. Also, chains are evil, right?

To-ko is a Dominator, a specialist in controlling foes, with a Science origin. Her powers fall in the Plant Control and Psychic Blast categories. She is a control freak, insanely jealous of her older brother and determined to prove her worth by overcoming him. Karintha put her in jail after her first botched bank robbery attempt. She is jealous of her older brother Toshanto. She seriously injured Kirinka in her bank robbery attempt.
