Note: The Visor is based on the one she "takes off" in the Rannoch mission, and is now attached to the whole model (So it’s not a separate object, sorry).
You can always extract the original visor from the game, look under the file named:
BioD_Gth002_400Resolution_LOC_INT

Ahem thank you for replying and i have a big favor i know its rude since u are probably busy with modding but still if u find the time can u trow me a rar that i can just extract somewhere so i get this [link] ? i like this the most of all from your work. im sory to ask this it's just that i have no idea how to do this:

Create a new Multi/Sub-Object material, and name it "QRN_ARM_TLIa_MDL"

In each id slot (up to nr 9) create any material that supports bitmaps for "diffuse", "bump/normal" and "specular" channels.
I usually go for simple "Standard" materials.
