Replaces Ed's C3.

Ed's new SF6 costume, colors 1-10 done. Nice to go back to working in an engine that doesn't hate me anytime I try to change things.
I still like most of the models more in the SF5 art style, personally.

Install instructions: Install via FMM.
(Extract 'ED_SF6_FINAL' folder to the ~mods directory, no just copying the zip is not good enough).
