I chose Harbor and Captain because of their themes. A captain has to return home from time to time and where does his ship go to? The harbor, so while I was swimming yesterday I thought of this adorable idea to have them be a cute duo. Not necessarily a couple, but I like to imagine Captain would be a little infatuated with Harbor. (Also apologies if the size comparison if not correct I imagine Puffshimi as rather small animals and Harbor along with most Fashion Fishies to be roughly the size of a large dog)
