This is Antonio Garcia from Power Rangers Samurai, he is a Samurai Ranger Light, the Gold Samurai Power Ranger in Power. He can control the elements of Light and Lightning. He is also Jayden's childhood best friend and Zulia's apprentices who fought against Borg Empire.

Traits and Personalities: Antonio takes his role as the Gold Ranger and Lightningbender with much enthusiasm and energy. He can be seen as his best friend, Jayden's opposite, as he is as hyperactive and expressive, while Jayden is reserved and stoic. He is easily amused and full of joy and life while also honorable and intrepid, fighting side-by-side with with his best friends and fellow comrade elementbenders who are Zulia's apprentices
Strengths: Antonio is a good technician when it comes to high-tech terms, and can encourage others to believe in themselves and never considers themselves useless or redundant. He is an honorable man who refuses to do anything dishonorable and who refuses to give up.
Weaknesses: However, Antonio is plagued with certain flaws, such as being fearful, insecure in himself and feeling useless and redundant at times, and that makes him the only person being unable to encourage, which hinders his control over the lightningbending powers, causing him to accidentally and unwillingly hurt those who are dear to him.
Powers and Abilities: Besides lightningbending, Antonio also excels in technological skills, most notable example is when he created his own Morpher out of a trashed cellphone and by reverse engineering the Octozord. He also developed a way to channel symbol power through texting on his Morpher which allowed him to communicate with the Octozord. As the Gold Ranger, he is the Samurai of Light and his personal weapon is the Barracuda Blade (a wakizashi that he uses in his high speed slash attacks, reminiscent of Iaido). The Barracuda Blade's special attack is the "Barracuda Bite", which slashes an enemy multiple times with energy strikes at incredible speeds. He pilots the Octo Zord and the Claw Zord. He also controls the Light Zord as his secondary weapon which can also be enlarged to fight alongside the Megazord. The Light Zord's Signature move is the "Scattershot." The kanji on the LightZord's abdomen is "侍", which translates to "Samurai".
