This is so, so, so, so, so cool. When I saw the thumbnail view I didn't notice the blood, and it STILL would have been awesome even without..but when I loaded full view and saw, I actually gasped out loud...

Wow. It's very spooky. The young girl contrasts nicely with the blood for an overall extrememly eerie effect. She's frightening because she looks so innocent and so unconcerned by the blood. I like.
