This is Noel Fielding, A.K.A Vince Noir from The Mighty Boosh. I've been trying to do more cartoon-ish stuff lately, and since Vince is hilarious, I thought "Why not do one of him?" I used gell pen, sharpie, and prismacolor pencils on water color paper (I ran out of the right size of Bristol paper)Related content
