Description
The much anticipated labor of a few months is finally here! The Spirit of the Woods pale stag stands majestically in a flowing river creek, surrounded by fireflies. The moonlight gives it all a magical glow, particularly on his beautiful rack and the small waterfall in the distance. I hope to come out with a few in this overly-colored fashion, where the colors are richer and more saturated than they would be in real life. It is a beautiful style I do not usually do. This piece started as a hand drawn piece using markers, but I ended up completely redoing the stag digitally in a different pose. The rest has lighting and such edited to give it that beautiful moonlit glow.
