"This Is Color"01- This is the first in a very large series of photographs I took today. Apples, food dye, dog's water bowl, sink, faucet, camera, flashlight...yeah. That's about it. Prints will be available for this series, soon.

The idea here is a great one; I like the play with color... for such a clean and sterile setup, though, the colors are too dark for me. I'm sure that sounds petty, but it strikes me as too dark. Very good detail, though.

I kind of wish you could have shot this without the stream showing (ie: take the shot just as the stream finishes), but I still love this as-is.
Really, the green apple at the bottom is such a brilliant little detail.
