It's 100% free!
They are site that give you 4 different drawing programs to choose from, some of them are fan sites, if that's the case it means that all your art you draw on there has to be related to their theme!
Some only have a few member and some have thousands!

You dogpaddle (so do I. I can swim properly, but dogpaddle is easier xp ) - not fish manner of swimming.

There's a koi pond in the park on the other side of the city, and it's fun to stick your fingers in and watch them all swarm around you!
.....It's kinda scary in a way---All those gaping mouths trying to eat your fingers
