Description
The LC-3 is a static charged lightning caster. It operates by creating lots of static between the electrodes, then firing a burst of protons to create a massive arc of electricity which can be aimed. the scope is not so much for target magnification, but rather for selecting a path for the protons to follow.inspired by Pat's Steampunk Handcannon
