I'm..... half dead....
Anywayz, Serpent, my first BL Uke (Tsundere lolll)
Paired with Akira Zero.
The both of them appeared in quite some of my artworks before... But I've never made a ref (or an actual full design) for them OTL

Serpent, a.k.a Toukai Seiryuu, his own outfit was more of an Ancient-chinese style, this is the outfit for Akira's servant (there are two version, and I shall update the other one tomorrow).
Also, he had longer hair before, but Akira cut them off as they fought each other. (first met)
He also had both of his eyes with him before he sign the contract about becoming Akira's servant.

Appearance: Normal skin tone, blue-ish black hair. And his eyes color changes (The dark-color during day time, while lime-green during night). It's basically the reason why Akira gauged out his eye.
Race: Demon, the blue dragon.
Sexuality: Was straight, but now he's with Akira.

Biography?Occupation: Royal Servant/ Ruler of the East sea of Forever Kingdom
Ability: He can transform into a huge sea-serpent form, can summon a storm, and some water based magic in both dragon and humanoid form. He also have a sword that can transform into dual blades.
Not sure if this count as an ability, but all four guardian beasts' eyes have two different colors and they switch during morning and night.
Serpent's eyes have a blue-purple-ish eyes at day, and lime-green during night.
Personality: Grumpy, straight forward, short tempered, Tsundere (Akira only), serious, polite, mature, honest, strict.
Likes: Keeping things in order. Quiet. Zen. Calm. Tea.
Dislikes: Humans. Mess. Chaotic stuff.

History:
✡Summary✡
☩The job as a guardian, and the name "Toukai Seiryuu" are passed-down from generations, hence he's basically born and educated to be the Ruler of the east sea.
☩He's serious about his job, and he cares about his country too, hence he was frustrated when Einsweid was under chaos while there's no news at all from their ruler, whom his family sworn their loyalty to.
☩He caused a havoc at the East sea as a sort of revolt. In his sea-serpent form, creating tsunamis and summoning a storm was an easy task.
☩Then Akira came, mainly because he was curious about the sea-serpent, and not because his country was under attack by his own subordinate.
☩The fact that Akira, the royalty, was the one who stirred the chaos in his own country, made Seiryuu even more furious.
☩After more provocations from Akira, Seiryuu decided that the kingdom doesn't need such a mad tyrant, and threatened to kill Akira to spare Einsweid from such tumor.
☩But then he failed, miserably.
☩Being beat up and brought to the palace, and being pinned literally on a hanging cross while Akira just looked down on him from his throne.
☩Instead of a death sentence, Akira offered Seiryuu a deal, and that is to become Akira's servant.
☩Seiryuu denied the offer straight away, but as Akira mentioned he's allowed to challenge him or even kill him anytime anywhere. In the end, Seiryuu reluctantly agreed.
☩Seiryuu was then given a new name "Serpent", his right eye being gauged out with the official reason of "a media of contract", and his job as the guardian beast were to be put on hold cuz he had to work in the palace full day.
☩Serpent had a fiance, but she was killed by Akira, cuz she was a spy sent by the enemy country Reien, hiding near either one of the guardian beast to find a leak in Einsweid so that Reien can one day invade it.
☩But Akira didn't tell him that, and just lead to more fights and bloody battles (well Serpent was the only one who bled).

And like what I said in Akira's ref,
☩All these happened years ago, now they lived happily ever after (!!!?!!???) in Einsweid. With their Children. ALL THREE OF THE CHILDREN.
Everything's possible in Ankai, don't ask why.

Lover. Not as much as an obsession like Akira with Serpent, but still.
Though Akira said his case was love at first sight, Serpent hated him so much that he actually tried to kill him, more than once.
But then lots of things happened as he stayed in the palace for more than 1 year, though there's no lack of quarrels and all, as he get to understand Akira more, and then they're in love before he realized it.
Husband? Waifu? Companion? Mate?
They have a term for it in Ankai, but as a normal human that lives on Earth, I don't know any suitable terms for relationship such as this... Closest being a life partner.
Master. A deal is still a deal.
The contract stated:
-Toukai Seiryuu is to be given a new name, and to serve Akira Zero until death of Akira Zero. Death of Seiryuu himself will not terminate the contract, they will have to serve him even as a ghosts.
-Toukai Seiryuu is allowed to challenge, attack and even kill Akira Zero, as long as he fulfills his own duty as a servant.
-As a media of the contract, Toukai Seiryuu's right eye and the right eyesight shall be in Akira Zero's custody.
-In case of Akira Zero's death, Toukai Seiryuu will automatically be relieved of his status as his servant, and the media of contract (the right eye and the eyesight) will also automatically be restored.

Subordinate.
Every guardian beasts has around 3 subordinate that serves directly under them. All subordinates are loyal, but the leader of the subordinate has the most loyalty out of all, they'd even go against the order of the king (Akira) if needed.

Yoru(Yori)⋆
Friend
The Kingdom of night, Nocticya, is the closest country with Einsweid. And as Akira's best friend, of course Yoru's nice to Serpent too.
Though, since he is still a ruler of a kingdom, sometimes Serpent's being too formal Yoru don't even know what should he do with such formalities.

Yamitsuki⋆
Friend
Yamitsuki is the wife of Yoru, and the four of them (Akira, Yoru, Yamitsuki and Serpent) often hangs out together, get a drink or something. And as the similar situations of being the lover of a ruler, though Akira and Yoru are so different in every way possible, Serpent often gets some useful advice from her.
Big sister?
Not sister by blood, of course.
Yamitsuki has always been like a big sis, and she also has a twin baby sis that she'd willingly spoil her to the core, it's almost natural that she's become like a big-sis figure for a lot of people.

Enemy
They've used Serpent as a decoy once to trick and killed Akira, though Akira's managed to come back alive in the end, but it's hard not to treat someone who killed your master as an enemy.

Oku⋆
Benefactor.
After the mentioned incident, Serpent felt guilty AF to become the reason of his own master's death.
He offered to give his own life in return for Akira's, Oku turned down that offer even though it'd make the whole procedure a lot easier.
Respectable lord.
Serpent hated all human being, but Oku was an exception.
Not because she's saved Akira, but because of her power and skills, and the way she rule and protect her country.
Even as a human, she's managed to survive in Ankai for longer than most other demons, she's fought with dozens of rulers from other kingdom, she's able to fend of any attack on her own country... it almost feels like she's not a human at all.

Xin⋆
?
Xin is like Akira in the chaotic ways, and she's a human. As a result, she should've been an existence that Serpent hates the most, but no.
For some reason, Serpent just doesn't hate Xin at all.
Perhaps it's because she's killing human?
But anyways, Xin has similar abilities with Oku, and worst of all, she lacks the rationality for someone who possesses such powerful skills. Though she has Oku to keep her under control, Serpent's instinct warns him to keep a reasonable distance with her.

Valentine, Ace and Lei⋆

In Ankai, it is more common for the couples to cast an arte before mating in order to have one of them to bear offspring, so for those who felt awkward about two of my same gender OCs to have children, here you are.
