Ok so I'm pretty sure this is the same thing as a base. I mean all people do is trace over some anime image and then change it, ne? Which is what I did. Do you think I should've put it in an animation category? I think that's giving me toooo much credit... so I'ma keep it in bases unless someone gets all angry. lolz. Check end of comments for full credit to anime.
Anyway !Kiiro-chi did one like this with Kairi dancing to it, and I just couldn't help but put my new love of Death Note into this dance. So here you have Misa doing the Pani Poni Dash Dance!!!

I drew over EVERYTHING. Recolored EVERYTHING. The hair was the super hard part. The necklace is my fav part. I made it an M cuz it's easiest... and her necklace resembles an M anyway. But I think it was worth it! Do you like?This is so going on my Webcam.

no, no i cannot. becuz when i made it, i went ahead and had all the lineart in the same window, and it would've been awful to make a base. at this point it's deleted anyway, i only have the gif. Unfortunately, whoever else wants to do it can suffer as I did in the lengthy time it took to do each layer.
