Last time I made a non sonic/sega character was 2 years ago with Alex Stone from Streets of Rage and NiGHTS from NIGHTS into Dream and journey of dreams, but considering how persona and atlus are owned by sega you could say teddie was the last sega character I made back in october 2018.

That aside here's my third inktober entry, this here is Billy Hatcher from Billy Hatcher and the giant egg. This character and game was made by the same people behind Sonic the Hedgehog and was made only for the gamecube. Last time Billy hatcher got attention was with Sonic and all stars racing transformed, despite not being playable or seen in the background of the billy hatcher track.

Ironically enough this was one out of 10 character drawings I wanted to do for inktober last year but my phone died so I didn't bother when that happen.
