It's the end of shark week and here I am uploading a rhino.I was selling prints last weekend of my artwork at a booth for a local play, and someone saw the picture I did of an elephant a few months back. They asked if I would be willing to do a rhino. I tried to mimic the same style as that picture.

As always, your designs are amazing. If you don't mind my asking, are you looking to be an animator by profession, or more of a character designer?

To be honest I sort of want to do everything. My most passionate interests lie in character design at the moment, but I love animating. I've learned this summer that I'm most happy doing different things every day- animating, then designing a character, then designing a website, then writing, etc. Someday when I know more I even want to write a book about using psychology in character design.

I would totally buy that book. Having that love of variety I'm sure will help you in the future, or at least make you more versatile and usable for a studio. Here's to hoping that you'll be able to express your different passions in your career! (If not, it can always be a hobby!)

Hahaha this is awesome though! I love the weight of the legs and the whole body looks thick like a rhinos and I looove the exagerated ears and face! This is soooo cool! The texture is a nice touch too!
