Description I just got a new laptop with CS3 and felt like doing an interior sketch. The design was inspired by sea weeds floating on water. My next project will be more interior focused so I figure this is a good time to start practicing.

You guys are definitely right on with the critiques. I intentionally wanted this to be more abstract and conceptual, just something to try out CS3 and inspire new thoughts.

very aggressive and futuristic. I love it! I do have to agree with juggleboy though, even after looking at this in depth, I am still confused on how everything lays out. But a very cool concept none-the-less.

I love the shapes and while the sharp edges give the interior a really agressive appearence, in this case it makes it very hard to read.(not to mention the angle doesn't help either) Like the forms are definately there and the style and the rendering is very pretty but it's really tough to figure out where everything lies. Like the steering wheel and the center panel and if this is a single seater or if it has two. Also when i first looked at it, it was hard to find where the edge of the floor rested with the invisible door. The bottom part of this sillouette doesn't help instill the form and the placement of this in the vehicle with really the only things helping me find that is the dashboard and the black door with window cutout in the background. If you find it confusing, check out some pro interior sketeches and renders. Some of the most clarified ones IMO show the floor boards, the console and the rear seats. IDK, I feel it just needs more clarification for the viewer to help describe the postions, and forms. A hard critique but i really like it! Keep it up. I'm excited to more.

Check out how this bottom edge really gives the clarity to the door cutout. I drew this after studying other designer's interior stuff. [link] I don't mean to patrionize you at all. You prob already have learned this but i figure it might help.
