Siffy as Merida, winter 2013

Gown and wig were both made by me, and the wig in particular was a major labor of love involving lots of FW ink, sewing, and curling. All WIPs are on The Sisters Mischief facebook page. Bow, quiver, and arrows are all my own, and the pictures were taken at the range where I do my real-life shooting.

I love Merida's character, but wasn't sure I wanted to commit to making the cosplay since there are so many fantastic Merida cosplays left and right...but I'm so glad I didn't let that discourage me from having fun with this. Wish I'd had a chance to wear it to the Ren Fest, though. Next year! XD
