My version of her character, Raven:


Painting landscapes is NOT for me. It's tough.

This picture was painted 100 % with a mouse. NEVERMORE shall I touch a tablet! It might make me CROAK. (Actually I have NEVER touched a tablet... that "MORE" is there just for some weird, Poe-like emphasis.)

I will not use a tablet because I do not own one. They're expensive devices and their learning curve is, I belive, quite steep. If I'd ever acquire a tablet, would I have time to practice? Time is precious, and if I ever have spare seconds, I prefer to paint new pictures using my trusty tools.

But who knows? Maybe one day my tool of choice is a tablet. Just don't tell that to my mouse.

That's very reasonable, they are quite expensive and are hard to get used to. But if you ever have the time and extra cash, a tablet would be a very good investment.

This is great (and background aren't for me either, haha). I also draw by mouse, and while I am looking to buy a tablet (I'll need to if I want to get into professional digital art someday) I do enjoy working by mouse. Great job and keep up the good work.

The damn mouse has refused to let go of my hand, so I've adapted. Luckily, with some practice, painting with a mouse isn't too hard.

I'm just an average digipsychopath. If I had to switch my tools, I'd get a serious case of adjustment disorder followed by a post-traumatic embitterment disorder. That might lead to cannibalistic behaviour. Tasty but tasteless.

hahahaha YOUR NUTS! Yoo i aqhve that same feeling aswell, when i get too used to something i find it hard to adjust or let go, for example my wacom, i had to make all the keybindings shortcuts as complex as i can, cos i know 100% i wont come back to it later after i get used to it.

but seriously man, dont you find it soo tedious to work with a mouse, you hand muscles must be steroided out lol, cos u gotta maintain some serious control. I know i would end up tearing my mouse out the computer, dashing it across the wall, and then resolve to eat my hand c anniballistic which we can relate to haha :d
