No she's not a Harry Potter O.C, originally she O.C for a Sailor Moon story I wrote when I was like 13. She has since progressed since her Sailor Moon days and had become her own individual character as well as a side character in another story that takes place in her universe. Over the years she's kinda become my alter ego. :3
Now that you mention it her uniform does look like the Hufflepuff uniform, haha. XD
