My God! Did you have ANY idea what you wanted to do before you started? That was probably the most frustrating clip I've ever watched in my life.
It's great to see how other minds work. Draw, erase, draw, erase. I have a hard time deleting anything I've done. I tend to just work over it. I guess that's what sets us apart. Well, ONE of the things, anyway.

Well, I start with some loose idea to get it started, but I pretty much scrap that as soon as possible once I have some shapes to work with. I think it's important to not feel too attached to anything.

You're not kidding there, buster. You show about as much attachment as Liz Taylor to her husbands. I must admit, sometimes I just throw a random shape on the page to get me started, but because I work a lot in traditional media, and very rarely pencil, I only have the option of building, rather than removal. Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love your work. That's the strongest point I need to get across. It's just that I'm in absolute awe of your seemingly buddhist approach to letting things go.
The clip was very inspirational and educational. I'm sure if it had a smell, it would have been like a Thai curry!

Well it looks awesome anyhow. I also checked out the link to youtube, very cool sketch video. From there I started viewing your videos on Design Theory, and now im gonna watch your Drawing Faces 3 video. You put down some interesting points in the Design Theory, and I agree with you though I also have my issues with 1 of your points, on creativity. Though its more of a thought or a hit or miss than pure disagreement. I like your style.

Haven't seen it, although I wish I could... I know Ashley Wood did the cutscenes for that game. This is just meant to be a 1-man submarine mecha.
