  The night fell over The World That Never Was, clouds threatened rain again. Alone. Axel wandered the streets and, hearing the thunderstorm, pulled the jacket's hood over his red hair. The words said by his best friend were still echoing on his mind: "No one would miss me".
He leaned against the wall where he used to be after missions, when he wasn't able to go to Twilight Town. In the distance, he heard footsteps coming near him, but the weight of those words suck all his strength out of him to even raise his eyes, he simply sit there, with his hands on his knees and head down.
- Axel… - he recognized Liax' voice.
-He's gone…
-I know. – Liax didn't had much to say, she leaned against the wall quietly, waiting for the nobody to be ready to talk. Until then, she would wait in silence.
  Axel made a grimace with his face and raised it, watching the sky as the drops of rain finally started to fall.
- I just…-he began- I just wanted him to know that he's not alone.
  As much as she loved and respected Axel, she couldn't let him living in an illusion.
-  Roxas is alone – she then noticed that the young man closed his eyes before her statement – As much as you try to understand, he's not a plain nobody like us.
- The Keyblade…
- You know what it means. Roxas felt like a pawn on Xemnas' game.
- Aren't we all, Liax? – The following moments were silent; both perfectly knew it was truth.

- Xemnas will probably send someone after Roxas.
  Liax sat next to Axel, cuddling her face on his shoulder.
-Maybe is better if he charges you for the mission.
  Axel straightened his arm around her, involving Liax on his arms.
- I probably would be the only one that would not kill him… Would you?

  Liax turned her face to Axel's chest, he pressed her against his body even more, kissing her her long dark hair and took a deep breath.
- I wonder if he'll remember when he returns to Sora…
- IF he returns.

- You're Roxas' best friend and mentor – the girl raised her face to Axel while he gazed
her – Sora won't remember, but in his heart, Roxas'll know who you are.
  Axel kissed her passionately. He had lost his best friend, he might have to kill him and even so, Liax was still by his side and loving him.
