Here’s my mini pencil sketch of Emma Watson!
There’s something nostalgic about drawing on a ruled paper when we used to doodle in our notebooks during lectures in school 😬. These sketches are done on the smallest notepad I could find around my house 😄(7x10cm notepad) 🗒
I used the following steps to sketch these. Hopefully they help 😊👍
1. Draw a basic sketch with an approximate proportions. Also roughly indicate your shadows (2B,4B)
2. Smudge everything using a blender stump, don’t worry about highlights at this point.
3. Use a kneaded eraser to depict the highlights.
4. Use darker pencils (4B, 6Bb) to get the details right. This is the longest step. Take your time and remember.. Trust the process!
