Ah! Very pretty art~ I just have a few things that I think would make the piece even better~
The one thing that stands out the most is the character in pieces. Fluttershy is a shy, timid character, and I personally don't think this piece shows that. She looks very confident, unlike Fluttershy. Also, FLuttershy's tail doesn't bend back up, it stays down, if you know what I mean. But, that's very original~ That's really the only thing.
Overall this is an amazing, very original piece!! I adore it~ <333

maybe a little part of the left wing could be added
the base of the tail seems to be at the wrong place, she doesn't seem to have ass

for the tail, the base should be upper in my opinion, in the continuity of the spine
