I'm conflicted when i see an image of X but people refer to classic rockman.... so which is it, x or classic? if classic, then use an image of classic.

Instead, name him X;
most notably; on the description, type in: "Megaman X (Mega Man X series)" the way you already have it for "Zero (Megaman Zero Series)"... also, you should say "Protoman (Megaman Battle Network Series)"

Game idea sounds awesome! I was pretty shocked by hearing this from Ono.
The pairings look nice, but I don't think Chun-Li x Peach is a good fit. Maybe Zero Suit Samus or even Lin from Fire Emblem sounds better. Maybe Peach X Roll would be a better fit.
And Classic Rock vs Mario. But these are just my opinions.

Oh I wasn't exactly pairing them up on where they were positioned. I would much rather see Jedah vs Ganon, or Haunzer vs Bowser. I might post pairings later
Though mewtwo vs Zero would be epic!

I think Marth or Link would be a nice fit for Zero. And Gannon vs Akuma might be nice too.
Though this would be a game in which I think Phoenix Wright would fit in.

I couldn't find a decent Picture of Strider TBH. and I have no idea who nero is. I don't play much Capcom outside of there Fighting Series and Megaman.
Frank West Replaced Strider, and Protoman Replaced A Demon King Character.
On the Nintendo Side Ridely Was Replaced for the same reason, for Ray MK.
